Founder-led digital studio

Premium websitesand custom software, designed and builtby one studio.

Strategy, design, and engineering come from the same person. That means the plan, the interface, and the system underneath it are decided together, not handed between a design team and a development team until the original intent is gone.

Services

Scoped around the problem, not the technology

Every engagement starts from something costing you money or time. The stack is an implementation detail decided afterwards.

  • Problem

Your business looks smaller online than it is, and prospects compare you to competitors with better sites.

    Deliverable

A site built around one job, turning visitors into inquiries, with structure, copy, and design aimed at that outcome instead of decoration.

    Scope

    • Custom responsive design
    • Conversion-focused structure
    • Contact and booking systems
    • Search engine optimization
    • Deployment and hosting setup

Approach

Six stages, each with a defined output

Rigorous without being bureaucratic. At every stage you know what is happening, what Nexren is doing, and what is needed from you.

  1. 1

    Diagnose

A direct conversation about what you sell, who buys it, what systems exist today, and what a successful outcome actually looks like.

    Nexren
Asks the right questions, audits your current presence, identifies quick wins
    You
Business context, current materials, honest goals
    Output
A clear picture of the problem worth solving
  2. 2

    Define

The project gets a written shape: pages, features, integrations, timeline, responsibilities, and price, agreed before any design or code begins.

    Nexren
Writes the scope, proposes the approach, sets milestones
    You
Feedback on scope, sign-off on direction
    Output
A written scope with timeline and fixed expectations
  3. 3

    Design

Visual direction and structure take form: typography, layout, content hierarchy, and how the experience adapts from desktop to phone.

    Nexren
Designs the system, writes or refines copy, plans responsive behaviour
    You
Brand assets, content input, one consolidated round of feedback
    Output
An approved design direction for the real build
  4. 4

    Build

The product gets built (pages, storefront, app screens, dashboard, integrations) with progress you can click, not status meetings.

    Nexren
All engineering: frontend, backend, database, integrations
    You
Answers to occasional questions, remaining content
    Output
A working product on a preview link
  5. 5

    Validate

Testing across devices, performance checks, and verification that forms, payments, and analytics actually work under production conditions.

    Nexren
Cross-device testing, performance and accessibility checks, fixes
    You
Final review against the agreed scope
    Output
A verified build, with issues resolved before launch
  6. 6

    Launch and improve

Deployment to your domain, then the system keeps earning: security, updates, analytics review, SEO, and the next round of improvements.

    Nexren
    Deployment, DNS, monitoring, reporting, iteration
    You
Domain access, final approval, a monthly plan if wanted
    Output
A live production system, and the keys to it

Why Nexren

What a small studio does better

Agencies add layers. Template builders look like template builders. These are the specific reasons the third option works.

Design and engineering in the same hands

The person who plans your project also builds it. Nothing is lost in a handoff between a design team and a development team, because there is no handoff.

Business first, stack second

Technology choices follow the business problem, never the reverse. You will hear about outcomes and scope, not frameworks, unless you ask.

Systems, not pages

A website that cannot capture leads, take payments, or feed your operations is decoration. Nexren builds the connected version: presence, conversion, and operations as one system.

Custom, not template

No page-builder themes. The structure is designed around what your business actually needs to communicate and do.

Scope agreed in writing

Pages, features, timeline, responsibilities, and price are defined before design or code begins, so the invoice holds no surprises.

You own the result

Code, content, design, domain, and accounts are yours on delivery. Maintenance is optional. Nothing about the engagement is built to trap you.

Technical standard

The engineering you are paying for, in plain terms

These decide whether software still works a year after launch. They are handled by default, not sold back to you as extras.

Performance
Pages load fast on real phones and slow connections, because slow sites lose buyers before they arrive.
Reliability
Systems are tested across devices and monitored after launch, so failures surface before your customers find them.
Security
Authentication, access control, and dependency updates are handled as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.
Scalability
Data models and architecture are designed to keep working as volume grows, instead of needing a rebuild at the first success.
Accessibility
Keyboard navigation, contrast, and semantic structure are built in, which widens your audience and reduces legal exposure.
Maintainability
Code is written to be handed over and changed later, by Nexren or by whoever you choose next.
Integrations
Payment processors, booking systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets connect through APIs rather than manual re-entry.
Measurement
Analytics are wired to the actions that matter, so decisions after launch rest on data instead of instinct.

Questions

Straight answers

The questions business owners actually ask. Anything not covered here, email ashihab@thenexren.com.

How much does a Nexren project cost?

Starter websites run $350–$600, business websites $800–$1,200, e-commerce $999–$1,800, and mobile apps from $500 for a utility app to $2,500–$5,000+ for a startup MVP. Custom platforms are quoted per scope. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline, and integrations. You get a written quote before anything begins.

How long does a website take?

A starter website typically takes one to two weeks; a business website two to four weeks; e-commerce and custom platforms longer depending on scope. You get a realistic timeline in the written scope before the project starts, and a clickable preview link during the build.

Can Nexren redesign an existing website?

Yes. Redesigns start with an audit of what works and what doesn't in the current site. Content, rankings, and functionality worth keeping are preserved. The rest is rebuilt properly.

Does Nexren build e-commerce websites?

Yes, complete stores including catalog, cart, checkout, payment integration, and the admin tools to manage products and orders. Giota's Boutique (giotasboutique.com) is a live example serving a real retailer.

Can Nexren build mobile applications?

Yes, from single-purpose utility apps to business apps with cloud backends and startup MVPs, including app store preparation and submission. Fresh Pantry (freshpantry.app) is a Nexren-built app on the App Store today.

Does Nexren provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Monthly plans start at $99 and cover security checks, uptime monitoring, updates, performance work, and SEO improvements. Maintenance is optional. You're never locked in.

Can Nexren work with an existing system?

Usually, yes. Nexren regularly integrates with existing tools through APIs (payment processors, booking systems, spreadsheets, email platforms) and can extend or connect what you already run rather than replacing it.

Who will I work with during the project?

Almuthanna Shihab, Nexren's founder. Directly, from first call through launch. There's no account manager, no handoff between departments, and no explaining your business twice.

What does the project process look like?

Six stages: Diagnose, Define, Design, Build, Validate, and Launch and improve. Each stage has a defined output, and scope is agreed in writing before design or code begins.

Can Nexren help with automation?

Yes, that's a core service. If your team copies data between systems, compiles reports by hand, or sends the same emails repeatedly, those workflows can usually be automated with dashboards, integrations, or internal tools.

Do I own the finished website or application?

Yes, fully. Code, content, design, domain, and accounts are yours when the project is delivered. If you leave, everything goes with you.

What information is needed to begin?

Just the basics: what your business does, what you want the project to achieve, roughly when you need it, and your budget range if you have one. The project brief on this page takes a few minutes. A perfect brief is not required.
