What this covers

This policy describes how Nexren (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website at https://thenexren.com.

Information you send us

When you submit the project brief, the information you typed (such as your name, email address, business details, and project description) is sent to our server and delivered to ashihab@thenexren.com as an ordinary email. We use Resend, an email delivery provider, to send that message on our behalf. This website does not save your brief to a database, and we do not use it to build a marketing list.

The plain email links elsewhere on this site open your own email application instead, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiry and, if a project begins, to carry out that work. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.

Automatic data

Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service. We also check the IP address of brief submissions briefly, in memory, to limit automated abuse of the form. This site does not set advertising cookies.

Third-party links

This site links to external websites, including project sites we have built and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies when you visit them.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us at any time by emailing ashihab@thenexren.com. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.
